Where are you located?

Are you two companies or one?

Seafreeze / CityIce is today one company. We are owned by West Coast Cold, LLC. The two companies were combined in 2009, bringing together the unique capablilites of each operating group. The resulting single company, Seafreeze / CityIce, is the now the premier provider of port-based cold storage solutions in the Pacific Northwest.

Does Seafreeze restack products in order to maximize outbound shipments?

Currently all drivers are responsible to build up their freight, unless prior arrangements have been made by the customer.

Does Seafreeze / CityIce handle pallet inventories?

Seafreeze and CityIce are a 100% pallet exchange facilities. All palleted products stored at are on Seafreeze or CityIce owned pallet boards. All carriers must provide an equal amount of pallet boards for exchange or payment for pallet boards must be arranged prior to loading.

Do you provide onsite food processing?

Can I access inventories online?

Our WMS platforms allow for full visibility to all SeaFeeze / CityIce inventory on a 24/7 basis. Please contact our customer service manager or business development team for more information.

Are you associated with “Seafreeze Alaska” or “Seafreeze of Rhode Island”?

No. We are not associated with either organization.

Does Seafreeze provide insurance for customers’ products?

Seafreeze does not provide insurance for customer inventories. Please refer to Seafreeze Cold Storage’s Terms & Conditions, or contact your customer service manager for complete information and disclosures.
