What does Seafreeze do?

Seafreeze stores mostly food products for companies around the globe that needs to be maintained at frozen or chilled temperatures.

Does Seafreeze provide trucking service?

Seafreeze does not provide trucking service, it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange freight.

Does Seafreeze restack products in order to maximize outbound shipments?

Currently all drivers are responsible to build up their freight, unless prior arrangements have been made by the customer.

Does Seafreeze handle pallet inventories?

Seafreeze is a 100% pallet exchange facility. All products stored at Seafreeze are on Seafreeze owned pallet boards. All carriers must provide an equal amount of pallet boards for exchange or payment for pallet boards must be arranged prior to loading.

Does Seafreeze process foods?

Seafreeze does not process food, in the past, Seafreeze owned and operated a processing division. There are currently three separately owned processing companies located within Seafreeze facilities.

Can I access inventories online?

Is this Seafreeze associated with Seafreeze Alaska or Seafreeze of Rhode Island?

Seafreeze Cold Storage is not associated with either Seafreeze Alaska or Seafreeze Rhode Island.

Does Seafreeze provide insurance for customers' products?

Seafreeze does not provide insurance for customer inventories. Please refer to Seafreeze Cold Storage's Terms & Conditions.
